LABELINE

A complete label manufacturing line, from raw materials to finished labels in one operation.

The face stock is positioned at the first unwind, while the liner (glassine or film) is at the second.

The production sequence is as follows:

  • The machine starts and the printing registration is done on the face stock
  • The liner, silicone and glue are not needed during the printing set-up, therefore, waste is minimized
  • When the printing set-up is completed, you wil than introduce the silicone, the adhesive coating and the lamination of the webs to become self-adhesive material
  • This printed self-adhesive labelstock is die-cut at the end of the line to produce finished labels

Easily and in one operation, you will be able to produce a finished label at the same cost that your competitors buy the pressure-sensitive stock.
