| About 30 feet long, the COHESIO is a complete label line, flexible enough to let you produce any kind of pressure-sensitive material in-house: from basic self-adhesive paper to complex multi-layer applications.
As the release paper and face stock are simultaneously unwound and led through the COHESIO patented technology, the liner is first coated with silicone, then with the adhesive. It is then laminated to the face stock. The lamination is rewound into finished label stock rolls. The COHESIO can be equipped with an in-line rotary die-cutter. By preprinting your face stock, either on one side or both, you can obtain final labels in one simple operation. The quality of label produced with the COHESIO is equal, if not superior, to materials available on the market. The COHESIO is the one equipment you must have to take label manufacturing one step ahead.
