- Training : Complete training of the operators including machine and material handling as well as maintenance proceeding. Manuals and guides are provided during training.
- Quality Control : Implementing quality control measures and developing quality awareness among key-staff.
- Product adaptation : Choosing which products should be done with your Cohesio and re-thinking actual products to enhance productivity and quality.
- Stimulate creativity and ambition : Helping key-staff understand the new opportunities that are presented to them and eliminating the feeling of threat created by major changes.
