Labeline
Labeline is a complete label manufacturing line, from raw materials to finished labels in one operation.
The facestock is positioned at the first unwind, while the liner (glassine or film) is at the second.
The production sequence is as follows:
• The machine starts and the printing registration is done on the facestock.
The liner, silicone and glue are not needed during the printing set-up therefore, waste is minimized;
• When the printing set-up is completed, you will then introduce the silicone, the adhesive coating and the lamination of the webs, in order to become self-adhesive material;
• This printed self-adhesive label stock is die-cut at the end of the line to produce finished labels

Labeline è una linea completa di produzione di etichette, dalle materie prime alle etichette finiti in una sola operazione.
Il materiale frontale è posizionato al primo svolgimento, mentre il rivestimento (glassine o film) è al secondo.
La sequenza di produzione è la seguente:
• La macchina inizia e la registrazione di stampa viene eseguita sul materiale frontale.
Il liner, silicone e colla non sono necessari durante il set-up di stampa pertanto, gli scarti sono minimi;
• Quando l’avviamento di stampa è completato, si introducono il silicone, il rivestimento adesivo e la laminazione, per creare il materiale autoadesivo;
• Questo stampato autoadesivo è fustellato alla fine della linea per produrre etichette finite
Facilmente e in una sola operazione, sarete in grado di produrre un'etichetta finita allo stesso costo che i vostri concorrenti acquistano le materie prime.
