Labeline
Labeline is a complete label manufacturing line, from raw materials to finished labels in one operation.
The facestock is positioned at the first unwind, while the liner (glassine or film) is at the second.
The production sequence is as follows:
• The machine starts and the printing registration is done on the facestock.
The liner, silicone and glue are not needed during the printing set-up therefore, waste is minimized;
• When the printing set-up is completed, you will then introduce the silicone, the adhesive coating and the lamination of the webs, in order to become self-adhesive material;
• This printed self-adhesive label stock is die-cut at the end of the line to produce finished labels

La Labeline est une ligne complète de fabrication d’étiquettes autocollantes qui permet de passer de la matière première à l’étiquette finie en une seule opération.
La bobine de frontal est installée sur le premier dérouleur et celle du dorsal sur le second.
Les étapes de production sont les suivantes :
• Après la mise en route de la machine, on procède aux ajustements du registre d’impression, uniquement avec la bobine de frontal. Comme cette dernière n’est pas autocollante, les ajustements se font donc sur une matière peu coûteuse.
• Les ajustements terminés, on applique le silicone et l’adhésif sur le dorsal et l’on joint les deux bobines, soit celles du frontal et du dorsal.
• L’étiquette est ensuite découpée pour obtenir le produit final.
Ainsi, en une seule opération, vous obtenez une étiquette autocollante pour le même prix que vos compétiteurs achètent leur matériel autocollant.
