DIRECT THERMAL COATING

In-line direct thermal coating is the result of years of commitment from our Engineering and R&D departments.

The in-line application of your own direct thermal coating will bring you printing flexibility as well as raw material cost savings.
You are no longer limited to 100% coverage of mat direct thermal face material. In fact, with our technology, you now have the choice of the
exact location of where the direct thermal will be coated on your label. The balance of the image area could be printed in a 4-color process protected by a spot UV gloss lacquer, therefore, making your direct thermal labels more attractive to the end user. More important, it is less expensive because you are applying internally your own spot direct thermal coating on a standard conventional coated face material, which is more economical than a 100% full coverage direct thermal material.
