After several years in the label printing industry, François Bayzelon founded his first company Aquaflex System International in 1980. Specialized in the manufacturing of flexographic presses, this company revolutionized the printing industry by launching the concept of quick change cassette system invented by the founder.

The success of François Bayzelon at the Head of Aquaflex was achieved by offering an affordable and quality flexo machine. He initiated the Cohesio project in 1997, convinced that this equipment could be a great advancement for label printers.

Graduated from University of Sherbrooke in mechanical engineering, Maxime Bayzelon started to work for ETI in 2007 where he has been involved in new product development, in engineering and in manufacturing.

Together with the ETI Chinese partner, he spent few months in China to develop the plant. Upon his return, he was named Vice-President of sales and achieved ETI growth objective.

Now, as President, Maxime Bayzelon pursues the ETI philosophy in delivering high quality products and services and continues to improve the technology and develop new solutions for the label printers.
